She has diverse and in-depth commercial litigation experience and provides strategic and pragmatic advice on dispute avoidance, risk mitigation and litigation to seek the best commercial outcome for our clients, including commercial banks, financial institutions and other corporate clients. Caroline has extensive and proven experience as Counsel in litigated and non-litigated civil and commercial disputes.
