Steve Mark Kotonya, MCIArb
Mark is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution of the Firm. His practice entails acting for, and advising clients on, matters relating to corporate commercial litigation including complex tax disputes, contractual disputes and commercial arbitrations. He also takes a keen interest in employment law, with an emphasis on employment contracts and related disputes. He has ably and successfully represented individual and corporate clients before numerous mediation and arbitration panels and also at the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Kenya.
